Motivoter.com is a blog related to our newest MiniMovie Dear Oprah. The blog is part of director Kasper Verkaik’s bigger mission: to convince Oprah Winfrey to become America’s Ultimate ‘Motivoter’. Verkaik, Dutch journalist, filmmaker, and concerned world citizen, became fascinated by the fact that almost a hundred million Americans don’t vote. He came up with the term ‘motivoter’, to describe a person who motivates people to vote.
